Memes have become a normal part of most children's lives, and tapping into that will help to engage them. Using statements like the ones above serve to generate discussion and for the children to provide evidence for their view. They should be encouraged to debate with you and each other sensibly, applyign logica and drawing on their previous learning to help them explain why they either agree or disagree with the statement.

This would also work well as an assessment, allowing the children to draw on their learning throughout and show that they can form an argument using evidence and reasoning.
